What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to The Standardx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Revenue Management Services Program Schedule will automatically terminate under specific circumstances. These circumstances involve the status of the Franchise Agreement and the Central Hotel Services by Hyatt Master Agreement.

Specifically, the schedule automatically terminates if the Franchise Agreement expires or is terminated, and the owner does not enter into a new franchise agreement, hotel management agreement, or hotel services agreement with Hyatt or its affiliates. This ensures that the property continues to operate under a Hyatt brand or affiliation immediately following the termination of the initial agreement. Additionally, the schedule will also automatically terminate if the Central Hotel Services by Hyatt Master Agreement expires or is terminated.

These conditions are important for a prospective franchisee to understand, as they link the continuation of the Revenue Management Services Program to the overall franchise and master agreements with Hyatt. If a franchisee anticipates changes to their franchise agreement or the master agreement, they should be aware of the potential impact on the Revenue Management Services Program and discuss these implications with The Standardx.
