1. Services. As part of Hyatt's Global Property Guest Services Program, Hyatt or its designee shall provide the following services (check all that apply):
Foreign Independent Travelers (FIT): Hyatt will manually add reservations on an as needed
basis.
HySAT Reviews: Hyatt or its subcontractors will engage post-stay online surveys on the
following sites – Expedia, hotels.com, booking.com, google, and trip advisor, or other sites as Hyatt
may indicate from time to time.
PBX Services: Hyatt will accept and respond to guest calls that are routed to the Property front
desk & handle basic requests in HotSOS, in accordance with regularly scheduled service hours as
reasonably determined by Hyatt. Property agrees to reasonably cooperate with Hyatt so that Hyatt
may give guests high quality service in accordance with brand guidelines and Hyatt industry standard.
