What kind of documents are anticipated to govern The Standardx Cooperatives?

According to The Standardx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee chooses to participate in a Cooperative, the cooperatives are anticipated to operate from written governing documents. These governing documents will outline the rules and procedures for the Cooperative's operations.

In addition to written governing documents, The Standardx anticipates that the Cooperatives will prepare financial statements. These financial statements would be available for review by the member franchisees, providing transparency into the Cooperative's financial activities and how funds are being managed.

It's important to note that participation in a Cooperative is not mandatory for The Standardx franchisees. However, if a franchisee chooses to participate, they must adhere to the Cooperative's rules and contribute their allocable share for advertising, marketing, and promotional programs. All restrictions relating to any advertising, marketing or promotional materials and programs that franchisees use or conduct also apply to any materials and programs that the Cooperative will use or conduct.
