Franchise Application Fee is applied uniformly to all prospective franchisees, is not credited toward any other payment you must make and is non-refundable.

In our fiscal year ended November 30, 2024, we accepted decreased Franchise Application Fees ranging from $0 to $2,000. The decreased Franchise Application Fees were agreed upon as the result of arms-length discussions, negotiations and each party's objective of doing business on an ongoing basis.
