What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Surestay Hotel By Best Western's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the brand typically provides the Manual without charge. However, if a franchisee requests printed duplicates or copies of the manual, Surestay Hotel By Best Western reserves the right to charge a fee for the printed materials.
This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry. Franchisors often provide initial training and operations manuals as part of the franchise package. The move to digital manuals helps reduce costs and ensure franchisees always have access to the most up-to-date information.
For a prospective Surestay Hotel By Best Western franchisee, this means the initial manual will be provided at no cost, likely in digital format. However, franchisees should be mindful of the need to keep their manual current and understand the potential costs associated with requesting printed copies for their staff or personal use.
