What This Means (2025 FDD)
I am unable to provide the per-suite annual component of the Program Services Contribution for Springhill Suites By Marriott, according to the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document. While the document mentions a Program Services Contribution, it does not specify the exact amount or calculation method, including any per-suite component. The FDD does state that the Program Services Contribution covers costs related to advertising, reservation systems, electronic systems, guest satisfaction surveys, and other services. The amount of the Program Services Contribution may be changed by Springhill Suites By Marriott at any time.
Because the exact amount of the Program Services Contribution is not listed, prospective franchisees should inquire directly with Springhill Suites By Marriott about the current amount, how it is calculated (including any per-suite component), and how it may change over time. Understanding the full scope of these fees is essential for accurately projecting operating costs and assessing the financial viability of a Springhill Suites By Marriott franchise.
It is also important to note that the Program Services Contribution may be combined with those of other Marriott brands, and not all franchisees may benefit equally from these contributions. Franchisees should also ask Springhill Suites By Marriott about any potential one-time implementation charges, license fees, and ongoing maintenance and support charges payable to third-party vendors for new or changed systems, as these costs may not be covered by the Program Services Contribution.
