According to Springhill Suites By Marriott's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated cost to implement the Property Management System (PMS) for a typical SpringHill Suites hotel ranges from $66,700 to $86,700. This cost includes hardware, software, installation, PMS and reservation system training, and the costs for meals and travel that Springhill Suites By Marriott will incur to send a training team to the franchisee's hotel.
However, this estimate does not include the cost of lodging for the training team, which the franchisee is responsible for covering. The ongoing Marriott support costs for the PMS are included in the Program Services Contribution, which franchisees pay to Springhill Suites By Marriott.
