We and our affiliates have developed a system for the operation of hotels offering affordable, mid-scale extended stay hotel services, and related products and services authorized by us from time to time known as Sonesta Simply Suites (the "Brand Hotels").

Franchisees must also grant Sonesta Simply Suites the rights to use marketing materials for these programs.
Furthermore, Sonesta Simply Suites may set maximum or minimum prices for guest rooms and other services offered at 'Brand Hotels'. Compliance with brand standards is essential for maintaining the goodwill of the Marks and the entire 'Brand Hotels' network, covering aspects such as hotel appearance, operating procedures, marketing programs, and staffing.
