The computer systems collect and generate business information and data relating to Brand Hotels' inventory of rooms and specific guest information, including guests' names,
addresses, payment information and other personal information. We will have independent access to this information and data, and our access to this information and data is not contractually limited. You are required to pay all the costs associated with implementing the various components of the computer system.
