Sonesta Simply Suites requires franchisees to participate in a voice reservation and auto-attendant service. This service involves third-party agents handling reservation-related calls, booking reservations, and answering inquiries at a centralized call center. Franchisees must provide accurate hotel information, including descriptions, addresses, inventory, and amenities, to maintain an updated profile in the central reservations system. They also authorize Sonesta Simply Suites to access room rates, inventory, and other necessary hotel information to facilitate these services.

To ensure quality, Sonesta Simply Suites requires franchisees to maintain at least one additional phone line that routes directly to the front desk or the hotel's interactive voice response system. Franchisees must also complete and return any required documentation, such as a letter of agency and details of their private branch exchange support vendor. Additionally, franchisees must provide a primary contact person available to assist with the setup and testing of the services. Franchisees are also required to arrange a professional photography session at their hotel prior to the opening date and after significant renovations or improvements, at their own expense.
