What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Sonesta Simply Suites' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Sonesta Simply Suites will provide onboarding services to franchisees. Additionally, Sonesta Simply Suites will assign a project manager or onboarding specialist to new franchisees.

Sonesta Simply Suites will also review and approve the franchisee's plans, layouts, specifications, and drawings for the hotel, as well as the plans for furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and décor. Sonesta Simply Suites may also inspect the hotel during or after renovation or construction to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Furthermore, Sonesta Simply Suites will provide the Hotel Representative with initial brand training in areas such as brand programs, marketing, sales, loyalty, and brand culture. The franchisee will then be responsible for training their own employees. Sonesta Simply Suites will also provide a copy of the Brand Manual, which includes standards for equipment, supplies, advertising materials, and other products and services used at the hotel.
