You must obtain all necessary insurance, permits, and certifications required for lawful renovation of your Hotel, including zoning, access, sign, building permits, and fire certifications, and if requested by us, you will provide us copies of all such certificates of insurance, permits, and certifications.

Sonesta Simply Suites may request copies of all certificates of insurance, permits, and certifications from the franchisee. Additionally, upon completion of the renovation work, Sonesta Simply Suites may require the franchisee's architect, general contractor, or other certified professional to provide a certificate stating that the premises comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and all state and local codes for accessible facilities. Franchisees are also required to secure and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates related to the operation of their hotel throughout the term of the franchise agreement.
