Ongoing Training
We may require you (or your Principal) and your Hotel Representatives to attend and complete to our satisfaction various training courses that we periodically choose to provide at the times and locations that we designate, including courses and programs provided by third parties we designate. Training may be conducted in-person/on-site or virtually ad hoc at our current fees (currently, $2,000 per day plus reimbursement of our personnel's travel costs and expenses for in-person/on-site and $200 per hour for virtual ad hoc) and at our discretion.
