In order for us to provide the Services, you will be responsible for providing us with required information about your Hotel such as Hotel description, address, inventory, amenities, and any other information required to maintain an updated and accurate profile in our central reservations system.
You authorize us to access, as necessary, your room rates, inventory, and other Hotel information necessary to offer the Services.
You will maintain at least one additional phone line, in addition to your main property number, that can route directly to the front desk or your Hotel's interactive voice response.
You agree to complete and return to us any documentation that we may require to provide the Services, including but not limited to a letter of agency and details of your Hotel's private branch exchange support vendor.
You agree to provide us with a full and complete copy of your Hotel's phone bill immediately upon our request.
You agree to provide us with a primary contact person for your Hotel who must be available to assist with the setup and testing of the Services.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any third-party guests at the Hotel (regardless of whether their reservations were accepted by us in connection with the Services) and that your indemnification obligations described in the Franchise Agreement apply at all times during the course of this Agreement.
Further, you agree that we shall have no liability for any errors or omissions by you in connection with the Services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Sonesta Simply Suites' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for providing specific information about their hotel to enable the franchisor to provide services. This includes the hotel's description, address, inventory, amenities, and any other information required to maintain an updated and accurate profile in the central reservations system.
In addition to providing hotel information, Sonesta Simply Suites franchisees must authorize the franchisor to access their room rates, inventory, and other hotel information necessary to offer the services. Franchisees must also maintain at least one additional phone line, apart from the main property number, that can route directly to the front desk or the hotel's interactive voice response system.
Furthermore, franchisees are required to complete and return any documentation that Sonesta Simply Suites may require to provide the services, including a letter of agency and details of the hotel's private branch exchange support vendor. They must also provide a full and complete copy of the hotel's phone bill upon request and designate a primary contact person for the hotel who is available to assist with the setup and testing of the services.
It is important to note that Sonesta Simply Suites is not responsible for any third-party guests at the hotel, regardless of whether their reservations were accepted in connection with the services. The franchisee's indemnification obligations described in the Franchise Agreement apply at all times during the agreement. Additionally, Sonesta Simply Suites has no liability for any errors or omissions made by the franchisee in connection with the services.
