Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We will charge you a fee of $4.00 for each call received by the Call Center.

Payments will be made when and by the same method by which your monthly fees due under the Franchise Agreement are paid.

This fee is subject, no more than once per year, to a Fee Adjustment.

You agree that any breach or default by you under this Agreement, including your failure to pay the monthly fees, constitutes a material default under your Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Sonesta Simply Suites Franchise Disclosure Document, the method of payment for certain fees is tied to the payment method used for monthly franchise fees. Specifically, this applies to the $4.00 fee per call received by the Call Center for voice reservation and auto attendant services.

This means that whatever method a franchisee uses to pay their regular monthly franchise fees will also be the method used for these call center service fees. This simplifies the payment process, as franchisees do not need to set up separate payment methods for different fees owed to Sonesta Simply Suites.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that failure to pay the monthly fees, including the call center service fees, constitutes a material default under the Franchise Agreement. This highlights the importance of ensuring timely and consistent payments to avoid potential breaches of contract with Sonesta Simply Suites.
