We have established a brand advisory board (the "Brand Advisory Board") for hotels operated under the Sonesta Hotels and Resorts Marks, Sonesta ES Marks, Sonesta Simply Marks, Sonesta Select Marks, and Sonesta Essential Marks (the "Advisory Board Hotels"). The Brand Advisory Board is comprised of representatives (owners) of owned and franchised Advisory Board Hotels located in the United States and Canada. The purpose of the Brand Advisory Board is to consider, discuss and advise SRLHF on, among other things, the implementation of actions, initiatives, programs and standards relating to the Advisory Board Hotels. We may expand the Brand Advisory Board to include representatives from other Network Brands, or we may create one or more separate advisory boards for participants in other Network Brands. We have the right to change, merge or dissolve the Brand Advisory Board. According to Sonesta Select Sonesta Essential's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is a brand advisory board established for hotels operated under the Sonesta Hotels and Resorts Marks, Sonesta ES Marks, Sonesta Simply Marks, Sonesta Select Marks, and Sonesta Essential Marks, collectively referred to as the "Advisory Board Hotels".
The Brand Advisory Board is composed of representatives (owners) from both owned and franchised Advisory Board Hotels located in the United States and Canada. The primary purpose of this board is to deliberate, discuss, and provide counsel to SRLHF (Sonesta Reston, LLC) regarding the execution of actions, initiatives, programs, and standards pertinent to the Advisory Board Hotels.
Sonesta Select Sonesta Essential retains the discretion to broaden the Brand Advisory Board's scope to encompass representatives from other Network Brands or to institute distinct advisory boards tailored for participants within those Network Brands. Furthermore, Sonesta Select Sonesta Essential reserves the prerogative to modify, consolidate, or disband the Brand Advisory Board as it deems necessary.
