For a new Sonesta Select-branded hotel, the onboarding administration fee is $5,000. For a new Sonesta Essential-branded hotel, the fee is $2,500.
If you are acquiring an existing Brand Hotel, the onboarding administration fee is reduced. For an existing Sonesta Select-branded hotel, the fee is $2,500, and for an existing Sonesta Essential-branded hotel, the fee is $2,000.
