According to Sonesta Select Sonesta Essential's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as a franchisee, you or your general manager (or a representative from your management company, if applicable) must attend the Brand Conference. This conference is convened by Sonesta Select Sonesta Essential no less frequently than every 24 months, meaning it will occur at least once every two years.
