What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Remax, LLC developed RE/MAX University as a resource to deliver educational and motivational programming to RE/MAX Affiliates. Most RE/MAX University programming is available free of charge via MAX/Center. Franchisees can access it through a computer, smart phones, mobile devices, and streaming media players.
However, there are exceptions to the free programming. Premium programming, such as accredited courses or recruiting programs, are not free. If a franchisee or their sales associates choose to use the RE/MAX University platform, they must agree to the platform's terms and conditions.
This means that while Remax offers a range of educational resources at no cost, franchisees should budget for potential expenses related to more specialized training programs. It is important to review the specific offerings within RE/MAX University to understand which programs are included in the free access and which require additional payment.
