We may make available to you on a reasonable basis, either at the Office or via video conferencing, consultation and guidance relating to the RE/MAX System. We will have the right to charge you, and you agree to pay our per diem rate and all travel, lodging, meal, and related expenses incurred by us for any consulting services provided to you beyond the services ordinarily provided by us to RE/MAX offices. The time and frequency of any such services will be subject to the availability of our personnel.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Remax may offer consultation and guidance relating to the RE/MAX System to franchisees either at the office or via video conferencing. However, Remax will charge a per diem rate for these consulting services if they go beyond what is ordinarily provided to RE/MAX offices.
In addition to the per diem rate, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, lodging, meal, and related expenses incurred by Remax for providing these consulting services. The availability of these services is subject to the availability of Remax personnel.
This means that while Remax offers support to its franchisees, in certain situations where additional or specialized consultation is needed, the franchisee will bear the cost. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors provide initial and ongoing support, but may charge extra for services outside the norm.
