We reserve the right to access and use MAX/Center, and any content and information therein, to the extent necessary to run MAX/Center and make it available to You and others, to protect MAX/Center, to improve MAX/Center, and to otherwise use MAX/Center and its content for a legitimate business purpose.

According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Remax reserves the right to access and use MAX/Center, including its content and information, under specific circumstances. Remax is not liable if MAX/Center or its content is unavailable at any time or for any period, and may restrict access to some or all parts of MAX/Center from time to time. This highlights the potential for changes to the tools and resources you rely on as a franchisee, and the importance of understanding that access is not guaranteed.
Furthermore, Remax has independent access to information generated and stored on MAX/Center, information uploaded or automatically transferred to MAX/Center, and information stored in integrated systems like Intuit QuickBooks Online. Remax can use this information to ensure compliance with reporting and payment obligations, gather information for analysis and decision-making, generate insights about franchisees, provide technical support, and improve the Remax system. Remax may also sell and monetize this information without compensating the franchisee. This underscores that all information within these systems is considered the property of Remax, with no limitations on their right to access it.
