What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two tables that provide information on the number of outlets at the start of 2023. One table provides information for RE/MAX Regional, while the other provides information for REMAX, LLC.
For RE/MAX Regional, at the start of 2023, there were a total of 502 outlets, all of which were franchised. By the end of 2023, the total number of outlets decreased to 494.
For REMAX, LLC, at the start of 2023, there were a total of 3,477 outlets, all of which were franchised. By the end of 2023, the total number of outlets decreased to 3,374.
