What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees renewing an existing Team Office must pay a renewal fee. This fee is $500, and franchisees must also continue to pay a Monthly Ongoing Team Office fee of $100 per month for each Team Office that is renewed. Additionally, franchisees must sign the Team Office Amendment, which is attached as Exhibit A-4 to the FDD.
