- 3.3 Responsibility for Customer Data.
As between the parties, Customer is solely responsible for, and Licensor bears no responsibility for: (a) the accuracy, quality, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Data; (b) determining whether the Offerings and the information generated thereby are accurate and sufficient for Customer's purposes; (c) updating Customer Data as needed, and all changes and deletions to the Customer Data; and (d) any output or other results obtained by Customer or generated by the Offerings as a result of Licensor's use of or reliance on Customer Data.

Therefore, it is the franchisee's duty to assess the suitability of the data and offerings for their specific needs. This includes evaluating whether the information generated by the software is reliable and adequate for making informed business decisions.
Furthermore, Remax's Licensor has no responsibility for updating customer data as needed, including all changes and deletions to the customer data. The franchisee is responsible for keeping the data current and accurate. Finally, the Licensor is not responsible for any output or other results obtained by the customer or generated by the offerings as a result of the Licensor's use of or reliance on customer data. This means that if the franchisee makes decisions based on the customer data, the Licensor is not liable for the outcomes of those decisions.
