All written notices and reports permitted or required to be delivered by the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed delivered at the time delivered by hand to the recipient party; 1 business day after transmission by electronic mail; 1 business day after being placed in the hands of a commercial courier service for overnight delivery, or 3 business days after placement in the Unit

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all written notices and reports required to be delivered must be delivered by hand to the recipient party. Alternatively, notices can be delivered one business day after transmission by electronic mail, or one business day after being placed in the hands of a commercial courier service for overnight delivery. Finally, notices can be delivered three business days after placement in the Unit.
