Who owns the Customer Data hosted by Licensor as part of the Remax software?

According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the customer owns the customer data hosted by the licensor as part of the offerings. Specifically, the FDD states that as between the parties, the customer data hosted by the licensor as part of the software, and all worldwide intellectual property therein, is the exclusive property of the customer.
