According to the 2025 Remax Franchise Disclosure Document, Remax offers centralized advertising, promotional, and referral services as part of its franchise system. This is highlighted as one of the elements included in the Remax System.
Remax also provides access to MAX/Center, an Extranet website, which offers online tools for franchisees to generate marketing materials. This platform is designed to facilitate communication and provide resources throughout the Remax network. However, Remax, LLC is not obligated to maintain MAX/Center indefinitely and may discontinue it at any time without liability.
Franchisees contribute to a Marketing Fund, which is used to maximize public recognition of the Remax brand. However, Remax does not guarantee that expenditures from the Marketing Fund will be proportionate to a franchisee's contribution or that a franchisee will directly benefit from the advertising. Remax, LLC may also make available certain website, marketing, and promotional content, but franchisees must adhere to any limits on its use and may be required to discontinue its use at any time.
