We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You further waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes to these Terms of Use. As a user of the Site, it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, changes to the Terms of Use are effective immediately when they are posted. These changes apply to all access and use of the site thereafter. By continuing to use the site after the revised Terms of Use are posted, the user accepts and agrees to the changes.
Remax users waive any right to receive specific notice of changes to these Terms of Use. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Use. This means that Remax will not provide individual notifications of changes; instead, users are expected to check for updates themselves.
