**5**You will be required to pay a monthly Marketing Fund fee for each Sales Associate in your Office. The Marketing Fund Fee that you pay will depend on what state your Office is located, as follows:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the monthly Marketing Fund fee for a franchisee in Wisconsin is $131 per sales associate in the office. This fee is paid monthly to Remax Regional. Remax Regional can increase or decrease the monthly Marketing Fund fee once per calendar year, but the increase cannot be more than $30 per month, with at least 60 days prior written notice.
This Marketing Fund fee is due on the 10th day of the month after the office opens, and by the 10th day of each month for the remainder of the franchise agreement. This means that franchisees need to ensure timely payment to avoid late fees or potential breaches of the franchise agreement.
Remax also offers a RE/MAX Gold Plan for Sales Associates that are at least 65 years old and have been in the RE/MAX System for at least 10 consecutive years. These associates may be eligible for a reduction in both Monthly Ongoing Fees and Marketing Fund fees in return for their continued affiliation with the RE/MAX organization, albeit on less than a full-time basis.
