**5**You will be required to pay a monthly Marketing Fund fee for each Sales Associate in your Office. The Marketing Fund Fee that you pay will depend on what state your Office is located, as follows:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees in Rhode Island are required to pay a monthly Marketing Fund fee of $127 per sales associate in their office. This fee is part of the ongoing expenses a franchisee must budget for.
Remax Regional has the option to adjust this fee, but can only do so once per calendar year, with a maximum increase of $30 per month. Franchisees will receive at least 60 days' prior written notice before any change is implemented. The fee is considered late if it is not received by Remax Regional by the 10th day of each month.
It's important to note that Remax offers a program called the RE/MAX Gold Plan, which may provide eligible sales associates who are at least 65 years old and have been with Remax for at least 10 years a reduction in both Monthly Ongoing Fees and Marketing Fund fees. Franchisees must sign the RE/MAX Gold Plan Letter Addendum to allow eligible sales associates in their office to participate in this program.
