**5**You will be required to pay a monthly Marketing Fund fee for each Sales Associate in your Office. The Marketing Fund Fee that you pay will depend on what state your Office is located, as follows:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Marketing Fund fee for a Remax franchisee in Indiana is $140 per sales associate in the office. This fee is paid monthly.
Remax Regional can increase or decrease the monthly Marketing Fund fee once per calendar year, but the change cannot exceed $30 per month. Remax must provide at least 60 days' prior written notice before changing the fee. The Marketing Fund fee is considered late if not received by Remax Regional by the 10th day of the month after the office opens, and by the 10th day of each month throughout the remainder of the franchise agreement term.
Remax also offers a program called the RE/MAX Gold Plan, which may provide eligible sales associates who are at least 65 years old and have been with RE/MAX for at least 10 years a reduction in both Monthly Ongoing Fees and Marketing Fund fees in return for their continued affiliation with the RE/MAX organization, even on a less than full-time basis.
