What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the BoldTrail Back Office software includes one MLS feed per franchise office. Franchisees needing more than one MLS feed can purchase additional feeds for $50 per MLS feed per month.
It is important to note that Remax franchisees are responsible for all MLS pass-through fees charged by the MLS, and these fees can vary by MLS. These fees are in addition to the $50 monthly fee for each additional MLS feed.
Remax also has the right to change or discontinue the BoldTrail Back Office software, or any of the associated tools, resources, or services offered through it, at any time without notice or liability to the franchisee. This could mean that the terms of the MLS feeds included with the software could change in the future.
