- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing).
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm RE/MAX or users of the Platform, or expose them to liability.
Additionally, You agree not to:
Circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of the Platform.
Engage in activity that is harmful to You, the Platform, or others.
Infringe upon the rights of others.
Engage in activity that violates the privacy of others.
Help others break these rules.
Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.

Remax disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Remax also disclaims any responsibility for the content, materials, accuracy of information, or quality of information provided through the platform. This means that Remax franchisees cannot hold Remax liable if the platform contains errors, is not secure, or experiences interruptions.
The FDD emphasizes that franchisees are solely responsible for securing their computer systems and protecting them from viruses, malware, spyware, and attacks by hackers. Franchisees are required to take steps to secure their systems, protect them from social engineering attacks, and establish best practices for password management. They must also install and regularly update anti-virus systems and firewalls. Franchisees are obligated to notify Remax immediately of any data or security incidents related to their office, including unauthorized access to their computer systems.
