Each party agrees to execute and deliver any documents, instruments, or agreements and to take any other actions reasonably necessary to carry out the intent and purpose of this Agreement. If any document required under this Agreement was not properly completed, executed or delivered at the time of signing, the parties shall promptly cooperate to correct such deficiencies upon request.
