You must execute the then current form of Team Office Amendment and pay a Team Office Initial Fee (or if you are renewing a Team Office, a Team Office Renewal Fee), as well as a monthly ongoing Team Office Fee, as set forth in Subsection 6.E., for each Team Office you open or renew.
If the franchise relationship is renewed, RE/MAX Regional may permit Franchisee to continue operation of the Team Office provided, at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the Franchise Agreement, Franchisee pays a $500 Team Office renewal fee and executes the form of amendment RE/MAX Regional is then using for the grant of rights to a Team Office which amendment shall supersede this Amendment and may have terms materially different than this Amendment. The Team Office concept may be discontinued at any time; if the program is discontinued no renewals will be granted for any Team Office.
Each Team Office Amendment shall terminate upon transfer, Abandonment (as defined below), termination or expiration of this Agreement.

According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must execute the then-current form of the Team Office Amendment to open or renew a Team Office. Additionally, the franchisee must pay a Team Office Initial Fee (or a Team Office Renewal Fee for renewals) and a monthly ongoing Team Office Fee.
Remax Regional reserves the right to grant permission to establish a Team Office, considering factors such as the location of the proposed Team Office, population growth, Remax's market share in the area, and other market conditions. Each Team Office operates as part of the main office, under the same ownership and name, and must comply with the terms of the Franchise Agreement applicable to the main office.
For renewals, at least 90 days before the Franchise Agreement expires, the franchisee must pay a $500 Team Office renewal fee and execute the amendment form Remax Regional is then using for granting Team Office rights. This renewal amendment supersedes the previous one and may contain materially different terms. However, Remax can discontinue the Team Office concept at any time, preventing any renewals. The Team Office Amendment terminates upon the transfer, abandonment, termination, or expiration of the Franchise Agreement.
