According to the 2025 Remax Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees acknowledge that they had the opportunity to ask questions regarding RE/MAX Integrated Regions, LLC and the franchise being offered. This acknowledgement is part of a Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire that prospective franchisees are asked to complete. Honest responses to each question are required. The questionnaire aims to determine if any unauthorized, untrue, inaccurate, or misleading statements or promises were made to the franchisee.

Specifically, the questionnaire includes a statement where the franchisee confirms they have received, personally reviewed, and understand the information contained in the Franchise Disclosure Document, including attached exhibits. Another question asks the franchisee to acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to discuss the benefits and risks of opening a Team Office with their attorney, accountant, or other professional advisor. The questionnaire also seeks confirmation that the franchisee is relying on information received concerning RE/MAX Integrated Regions, LLC, and not information concerning any parent company of RE/MAX Integrated Regions, LLC.

These questionnaires are used by Remax to ensure that franchisees have access to all necessary information and have the opportunity to seek advice from professionals before entering into a franchise agreement. By signing the questionnaire, the franchisee represents that they have responded truthfully, and they understand that their answers are important and will be relied upon by Remax. Different versions of the questionnaire (Exhibits G-1, G-2, G-3, and G-4) are used depending on the state and whether the franchise involves a Team Office.
