What are the conditions under which Remax Affiliates can access RE/MAX University programming free of charge?

According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, RE/MAX University offers educational and motivational programming to Remax Affiliates. Most RE/MAX University programming is available free of charge via MAX/Center. Franchisees can access MAX/Center through a computer, smart phones, mobile devices, and streaming media players. However, premium programming, such as accredited courses or recruiting programs, are exceptions and may require payment.

To access MAX/Center and its resources, Remax requires that users be a "Member" and complete the online registration process to create an "Account". A "Member" includes a Remax Franchisee or RE/MAX Sales Associate affiliated with a RE/MAX Franchisee who is current on all annual dues and fees owed to RE/MAX and in compliance with all applicable RE/MAX policies.

Remax retains the right to access and use MAX/Center, including its content and information, to operate, protect, and improve the platform, and for other legitimate business purposes. Remax also has the right to modify, upgrade, and change MAX/Center, and may restrict access to parts or all of MAX/Center at its discretion. Franchisees and sales associates must agree to the RE/MAX University platform terms and conditions if they choose to use the platform.
