According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Component One Continuing Franchisee Fee for franchisees in Rhode Island is $165 per sales associate in the office. This fee is part of the monthly ongoing fees that franchisees are required to pay to Remax Regional.
The Component One Continuing Franchisee Fee is due by the 10th day of each month. Remax Regional has the right to increase this fee once per calendar year, provided they give at least 60 days' prior written notice. However, any such increase cannot exceed 10% of the current fee.
