How will Remax communicate revisions and updates to the Terms of Use?

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You further waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes to these Terms of Use. As a user of the Site, it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Remax may revise and update the Terms of Use at its sole discretion. All changes become effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access and use of the site thereafter.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that continued use of the Remax site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Franchisees waive any right to receive specific notice of changes to these Terms of Use.
As a user of the site, it is the franchisee's responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Use to stay informed of any updates. This places the onus on the franchisee to proactively check for changes rather than relying on direct notifications from Remax.
