QuickBooks and MLS Agreement. In order to operate the Back Office Software, you understand and agree that you must also purchase and use the version of Quick Books Online by Intuit ("QuickBooks") that is most appropriate for the size of your Office. You understand and agree that you must also enter into a three-party agreement between you, Inside Real Estate and your Multiple Listing Service(s) ("MLS"). You agree that you are responsible for any pass-through fees (if any) that your MLS may charge for data access.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase and use QuickBooks Online by Intuit in order to operate the BoldTrail Back Office Software. The specific version of QuickBooks required is the one deemed most appropriate for the size of the franchisee's office.
Additionally, Remax franchisees must enter into a three-party agreement with Inside Real Estate and their local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Franchisees are responsible for any pass-through fees that their MLS may charge for data access.
Remax also has independent access to information generated and stored on MAX/Center and BoldTrail Back Office Software, as well as information stored in the Intuit QuickBooks Online account that is integrated with BoldTrail Back Office. Remax can access, evaluate, use, aggregate, analyze, and take action based on this information for any reasonable purpose, and this information is considered the property of Remax.
