What benefits and services does Remax provide in exchange for the Annual Dues payment?

You understand and acknowledge that the Annual Dues payment obligation is intended to compensate REMAX, LLC for certain benefits and services afforded by it to you and your Sales Associates and to other sales associates who are affiliates of the RE/MAX Network, and that failure to pay Annual Dues in a timely manner may result in suspension of some or all of these benefits and services. The benefits and services provided by REMAX, LLC as of the Agreement Date include, but are not limited to: subscription and access to MAX/Center; participation in the RE/MAX referral network; access to RE/MAX University; eligibility for REMAX, LLC's performance awards; eligibility to receive referrals from REMAX, LLC's electronic lead referral system; a customer relationship management software system; access to BoldTrail Back Office Software; integrated office and agent websites; and maintenance and protection of the valuable RE/MAX Marks.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the annual dues payment compensates Remax, LLC for benefits and services provided to the franchisee and their sales associates, as well as other affiliates within the RE/MAX Network. Failure to pay these dues on time may result in the suspension of some or all of these benefits and services.
As of the agreement date, these benefits and services include a subscription to and access to MAX/Center, which is Remax's electronic communication website. Franchisees also gain participation in the RE/MAX referral network, access to RE/MAX University, and eligibility for performance awards. Furthermore, franchisees become eligible to receive referrals from Remax's electronic lead referral system.
Additional benefits include access to a customer relationship management software system, BoldTrail Back Office Software, and integrated office and agent websites. Remax also provides maintenance and protection of the valuable RE/MAX Marks, which are the trademarks, service marks, and commercial symbols associated with the brand. These services are designed to support franchisees in their business operations and enhance their ability to attract and serve clients.
