G. TEAM OFFICE FEES.

You agree to pay us a non-refundable $1,000 initial fee ("Team Office Initial Fee") for each Team Office you establish and a $500 non-refundable renewal fee ("Team Office Renewal Fee") for each Team Office that you renew. You also agree to pay a $100 monthly ongoing team
