You must stop using the Platform once your subscription expires or you cancel your account (or if this Agreement or your account is terminated).
Upon expiration of your subscription or cancellation of your account, or Intuit's termination of your account or this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Platform and pay all fees for
Platform used. No expiration or termination will affect your obligation to pay all fees due or that may have accrued through the effective date of expiration or termination or entitle you to any refund.
Survival
There are a few parts of this Agreement that will continue to apply after termination.
The following Sections will survive any termination, discontinuation or cancellation of the Platform or your account: "Your Personal Information," "Payment and Cancellations" (with respect to fees due and unpaid), "Content and Data," "Community Forums; Feedback," "Effect of Termination," "Disclaimers," "Limitation of Liability," "Indemnity Obligations," "Disputes," and "General Terms (Miscellaneous)".

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Remax's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon the expiration of a franchisee's subscription or cancellation of their account, they must immediately stop using the Platform. Additionally, the franchisee is obligated to pay all fees for the Platform used up to the effective date of expiration or termination, and no refunds will be issued.
Several sections of the agreement between Remax and the franchisee will remain in effect even after termination. These include sections pertaining to personal information, payment and cancellations (specifically regarding unpaid fees), content and data handling, community forums and feedback, the effect of termination itself, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity obligations, dispute resolution, and general terms.
Remax may also contact the franchisee to provide support related to their use of the Platform. This ensures that even during the termination process, Remax can maintain communication and assist with any outstanding issues or requirements related to the Platform.
