According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, Red Wagon Club conducts business under its corporate name, Red Wagon Club Franchise, LLC, and also under the name "Red Wagon Club". The franchise began offering franchises as of the date of the FDD, which was formed in Florida on June 27, 2024. Its principal business address is 2801 Florida Avenue, Suite C, Coconut Grove, Florida 33133.
