    1. Software and Phone System. You must acquire business management services software, phone systems, and such other computer hardware, software, and technology that we periodically specify to be used in connection with your Business (the "Technology System"). We estimate the cost of the business management services software to be between $50 $70 per month, per user over the three-month period after you commence operations of your RWC Business.
    1. Computers and Equipment. This estimate includes the cost of your acquisition of a laptop, monitor, docking station, computer mouse, and keyboard for use in connection with your RWC Business.
    1. Professional Fees. This item is an estimate of the fees likely to be paid to architects, lawyers, and accountants.
    1. Insurance. You must, at your own expense, keep in force insurance policies for your RWC Business. We may change types and amounts of coverage. This estimate is based on our current

requirements. Your lease agreement may require higher insurance limits than those stated above. You may have to prepay a portion of the first year's premiums for insurance.

    1. Training Expenses. We will provide the Initial Training Program (defined in Item 11) to your Operating Partner and, if applicable, your Designated Manager at no charge, as such training is covered by your Initial Franchise Fee. You are responsible for all expenses associated with attending the Initial Training Program, including wages, travel, lodging, and other accommodations. Should any portion of the Initial Training Program take place at your RWC Business, we may charge you any travel and living expenses for the trainer(s) we send to your RWC Business.
