What is the 'System Website' for Red Wagon Club?

According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may market the system on the Internet, including the ownership and use of any Online Presence and Contact Identifiers. Red Wagon Club will maintain one or more consumer-focused websites for the Brand, which is referred to as the 'System Website'.

Red Wagon Club also states that they will list and advertise your RWC Business on all major Internet search engines and on all major Internet consumer review websites. The franchisor may require that you provide them with the information and materials they request to develop, update, and modify any System Website. They may also require you to notify them whenever any information on the System Website regarding you or your RWC Business is not accurate.

In addition, Red Wagon Club may require franchisees to obtain from them and use an email address associated with their registered domain name. If they require you to obtain and use such an email address, you must do so according to their then-current terms and conditions and System Standards. The franchisor will have unrestricted access to and sole ownership of all such email accounts, and all documents, data, materials, and messages shared from or by such accounts. They may deactivate any such account or limit your or your users' access to it at any time and may charge you a fee for each email address with which they provide you.
