What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, Red Wagon Club retains specific rights regarding business activities, including the solicitation of members and customers. Red Wagon Club reserves the right to solicit members and customers for Red Wagon Club Businesses, as well as authorize others to do so. This includes advertising and promoting sales of Red Wagon Club Businesses.

This reservation of rights allows Red Wagon Club to maintain control over marketing and customer acquisition strategies for the brand as a whole. It also enables Red Wagon Club to adapt its approaches to different market conditions or to test new strategies without being restricted by individual franchise agreements.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that while they are responsible for the operation of their specific Red Wagon Club Business, Red Wagon Club can independently engage in marketing and sales efforts that may impact the franchisee's business. This could be beneficial by driving overall brand awareness and generating leads, but it also means the franchisee has less control over the overall marketing strategy and customer acquisition.
