What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to obtain written approval from the franchisor for all advertising materials related to their Red Wagon Club business or that reference the licensed materials or brand. This requirement is part of the franchisee's obligations in exchange for the license to use the Red Wagon Club's marks and licensed materials.
In addition to seeking approval for advertising materials, franchisees must spend a minimum of $10,000 on local advertising each calendar month to promote their Red Wagon Club business and/or their law firm business. This Local Advertising Requirement ensures that franchisees actively market their services and maintain brand visibility in their respective areas.
The need for written approval of advertising materials allows Red Wagon Club to maintain control over its brand image and ensure consistency in marketing efforts across all franchise locations. This requirement helps protect the brand's reputation and ensures that all advertising aligns with the company's standards and guidelines. Prospective franchisees should factor in the time and potential costs associated with obtaining advertising approval when evaluating the Red Wagon Club franchise opportunity.
