What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, the licensee represents and warrants that each of the licensee's owners and employed attorneys are duly authorized to practice law in good standing in the jurisdiction where the licensee's law firm is located. This representation is made as of the effective date of the agreement and continues throughout the term of the agreement.
This means that a Red Wagon Club licensee must ensure that all attorneys associated with their law firm meet these qualifications both at the start of the agreement and for its entire duration. Failure to maintain good standing for any owner or employed attorney could be a breach of the agreement.
This requirement is important for maintaining the integrity and reputation of the Red Wagon Club brand. By ensuring that all associated attorneys are properly licensed and in good standing, Red Wagon Club aims to provide consistent and reliable service to its members.
