To support Franchisee's request, Franchisee and, if applicable, its owners have provided Franchisor with information about Franchisee and its background, experience, skills, financial condition and resources (the "Application Materials").
In reliance on, among other things, the Application Materials, Franchisor is willing to grant a Franchise on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
